Assignment III
Play the tune Happy Birthday around the circle of fourths.
Assignment IV
Transcribe a jazz solo by a musician who plays the same instrument as you do. Start with a short Improv solo. Listen to it several times. Sing along with the solo. Play along with the solo. Learn one phrase at a time.
Assignment V
Spell and notate: C69, C7, C7(b9), C7 #11, Cmin7, Cmin7(b5), Cdim7.
